Sometimes you luck in by finding a great site on the Internet. This particular one I came across is called Phuture.me. You can learn all about the Tarot with the free spreads and you can also order a professional reading.
Here’s an example: I registered for an account and I can go through My Phuture tab and create a Tarot spread that I can save. The question I asked was: Will I reach my desired weight loss goal by the end of this year? (Chose to use a 3 card spread which is past, present and future) Nine of Wands (past) Queen of Pentacles (present) Judgement (future)

This is my interpretation without looking to see what the cards mean. - In the past I have handled things one thing at a time.In the present I am increasing my income which to me means Yes to my question as I know that weight gain often ties in with money woes. In the future I have a decision to make. It’s my decision as to whether I lose the weight or not. However it is favorable based on the Queen of Pentacles in the spread.
Looking at the meanings of the cards this is what I found – The Nine of Wands tells that is time to reap what one has sown. The Queen of Pentacles is about business but can be about developing an exercise/health plan. Judgment is about leaving the past behind and deciding to make a change.
