I love Whitney Houston and have been listening to her music for so long. Such passion. Such an amazing voice.
This is a short post. It feels to me that Whitney died of an Aneurysm. Perhaps her drug use assisted in bringing her demise but I really don’t think she died of a drug overdose.
However, having said that, her death brings attention to the fact that this abuse of drugs and prescription drugs has to stop. We have to change the focus to preventative health in this world. Sure, drugs have their place but they are not to be abused.
I listen to Wayne Dyer every week on his hayhouseradio.com show. He said that 2 weeks prior to Whitney’s death, he had asked an audience he was speaking to, to pray for Whitney. He obviously sensed that she needed help.
When I saw her on Entertainment Tonight in clips from her new movie, I immediately thought she was sick. It was the same sort of feeling when I saw John Ritter on TV after all those years in Eight Simple Rules. I thought he was not well and sure enough, it wasn’t long after that, he died. They both had a puffiness about them. Not as in being overweight but as in – their bodies were trying hard to keep them alive.
I love you Whitney. I know you are alive and well in Heaven and watching over your family here on Earth. I shall continue to listen to your music as it brings me great joy. All the best to you!
